CANCELLATIONS
In the event that the client wishes to cancel the services outlined in this agreement, written notice must be provided to the service provider no later than [Notice Period) days before the scheduled event date.
If the cancellation notice is received within the stipulated notice period, the client will be entitled to a refund of any payments made, minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be a percentage of the total agreed-upon amount, intended to cover any incurred costs and lost opportunities associated with the booking.
If the client provides a cancellation notice within the Notice Period] days or less before the scheduled event, the service provider reserves the right to retain the full payment received, and no refund will be issued. The client understands that the cancellation fee is a reasonable estimate of the damages incurred by the service provider due to the cancellation, including lost business opportunities and preparation costs.
Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other events beyond the control of both parties. The service provider and client will work collaboratively to find a fair resolution in such
cases.
By entering into this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.
SERVICES PROVIDED
The Caterer agrees to provide catering services for the specified event, including food preparation, presentation, and cleanup.
MENU DETAILS
The menu will consist of the items agreed upon in the attached menu proposal. Any changes to the menu must be confirmed in writing at least a number of days) days before the event.
STAFFING
The Caterer will provide the necessary staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, as agreed upon in the proposal.
PARKING
The Client will ensure adequate parking facilities for Caterer's staff and vehicles at the event venue.
EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
The Client will provide the necessary facilities for food preparation, presentation, and serving, as discussed in the proposal.
The Caterer will bring any required equipment specified in the proposal, and the Client will ensure appropriate power sources are available.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The Client shall inform the Caterer of any dietary restrictions or special requirements of guests at least (number of days) days prior to the event.
PAYMENT
The total cost for catering services is [Total Amount). A non-refundable deposit of Deposit Amount is due at the time of booking to secure services. The remaining balance is due no later than [Due Date]. [number of days) days before the event.
LIABILITY
The Caterer is not liable for allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Any additional expenses incurred during the event will be billed separately, and the Client must settle the invoice within [number of days] days.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or acts of terrorism, the Caterer shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations.
GOVERNING LAW
